More than 15 years of experience across a variety of roles within the financial services industry in New Zealand. The roles across these 15 years vary from Frontline, Service Delivery, Strategy, Marketing Planning, Research, Data, Personalisation and Digital Performance - equipping me with an unique set of experience and perspective on how large organisations run and transform.
As GM of Digital Performance, I am responsible for ensuring that ANZ effectively helps customers that are in market for a financial need. The orchestration of our Marketing, Data, Personalisation and Frontline capabilities together is what will create a real competitive advantage and our team ensures the end to end customer journeys are best utilising these capabilities and identifying new capabilities we need to succeed.
