Trang started in the digital marketing space in 2013 and fell in love with the customer buying journey and using ever-evolving marketing channels. She’s worked agency/vendor side as well as client-side. Her previous role at Facebook exposed Trang to a wide range of businesses within Australasia where she managed a portfolio of 100+ clients to help grow their businesses on the Facebook platform. Through this, she discovered her passion in social media and content creation and all things digital, with a particular interest and strength in the fashion industry. This lead to her journey at Postie transforming the brand perception for customers through sound social media strategy, digitally focussed marketing and e-commerce driven conversions.
