He is a believer in the future of people-based retail, with extensive transformation experience using digitalization to empower customer to team member interaction, not replace it.
Highlights include helping Samsung NZ become NZ's largest and favourite consumer technology brand, transforming Telecom to Spark, and creating NZ’s best Telco retailer and one of its best retailers full stop. Along the way I was part of a team that transformed The Warehouse from the store for cheap things to NZ’s most loved brand and made it the store for everyone.
