Mark Phillips

Mark Phillips is the Regional Sales Director for Commerce Cloud at Salesforce, which offers a cloud-based eCommerce platform designed specifically for retailers. This platform provides retailers with a comprehensive set of tools and features to help them manage their online stores and deliver exceptional omnichannel customer experiences. Mark's focus at Salesforce is to help both retailers and consumer goods customers maximise their online revenue growth, optimise eCommerce operations for efficiency and scale, and enable the delivery of highly personalised commerce-enabled experiences on any channel. Prior to joining Salesforce, he held leadership positions in sales and marketing at two of Australia's largest publicly listed tech companies, with a specialisation in the intersection of marketing and sales. He also gained valuable experience working for other leading global technology vendors including Microsoft and SAP.
