Zach has over 20 years of experience in digital innovation, ecommerce, conversational AI and customer experience. Over the course of his time in both North America and Asia Pacific, he has helped build regional teams and businesses and supported two successful IPO’s. When looking for new challenges outside of the U.S., Zach moved to Australia in 2014 to lead the regional growth for his last four companies. Texan by birth and Australian by choice, Zach currently resides in Sydney with his wife and two kids.
