Jane is an experienced Senior Segment Manager for Business Marketing at NZ Post. She is the lead of eCommerce insight projects and is responsible for producing market-leading reports such as The Full Download and eCommerce Spotlight, where transactional card data is used to uncover market trends and provide key insights into Kiwi shopping behaviour.
In addition to her current role, Jane has over a decade of experience in marketing and eCommerce, having held management positions in a range of industries across B2B and B2C sectors. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, build brand loyalty and drive business growth.
Jane is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and commercial value through the use of technology and data insights. She has a particular interest in data-driven marketing and customer-centric business practices.
