He began his career at Amazon UK, spending 7 years leading buying and merchandising teams and serving as the International Tech Ambassador for the Retail business. After relocating to Australia, Joe contributed to the e-commerce operations development of iconic Australian businesses Cotton On and Catch. He later returned to Amazon Australia to lead the online launch and go-to-market strategies for Amazon Devices. For the past 3 ½ years, Joe has been a key figure at the discount department store BIG W, where he spearheaded the end-to-end strategy for the inception, implementation, and scaling of BIG W’s Marketplace proposition.
