At iMedia, we put your safety first, so this elephant isn't invited at our event!

By working closely with all our partners, vendors and venue we are taking all necessary precautions as per government guidelines to provide the best level of protection at the event.

We promise to take care of your safety right from the minute you leave the airport. Here’s what we plan to do at every step of your stay:

Arrival:

  •  Our fully sanitized coach with a health monitored, mask wearing driver will pick you up from the airport and transport you safely to the hotel
  • Each incoming guest will go through a mandatory temperature check on hotel entry
  • Disinfectant sprays for all luggage at the Check-in
  • All guests would need to fill a self-declaration form
  • Mobile Check-in is available to avoid queues at the check-in point
  • The hotel staff’s health will be closely monitored with regular temperature checks. All staff members always wear masks and kitchen staff to sport chef caps, gloves, aprons, and sponges.

Registration:

  • No long queues any more. Guided by floor decals, guests registering will be requested to maintain social distance in the queue.  
  • You will get  pre printed badges by the iMedia team present at the registration desk who will be taking all necessary precautions while handling  those to you along with a hygiene kit containing  hand sanitizer, surface disinfectant and wipes. 

Social Spaces:

  • The iMedia team has partnered with the venue and the global leaders, Ecolab and diversify, to maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the hotel.
  • The hotel’s public areas are disinfected following international cleaning standards using sanitizing liquid sodium hypochlorite
  • Outdoor/open spaces will be preferred  for as many sessions and other breakouts at the event
  • Touchless hand sanitizer stations will be set-up throughout the venue/conference floor and in common areas
  • Guest elevators will operate with a maximum of 2 guests at a time
  • A hygiene kit will be available for all participants which includes a hand sanitizer, surface disinfectant and wipes at various stations at the venue
  • COVID 19 protocol posters and signages to be placed all around the venue

Guestrooms:

  • Rooms are serviced in the guests’ absence with minimal staff entry
  • Deep cleaning of rooms and high key touchpoints to be cleaned and disinfected between check-outs and check-ins

Meetings & Events:

  • Body temperature screening is mandated for all participants at the event entry along with a strict principle of No mask No Entry will be enforced
  • All events spaces, furniture, reusable meeting materials and audio-visual
    equipment are disinfected after every use
  • Small surface disinfectant along with hand sanitizer, masks and gloves will be available at the entry gate/inside the conference venue
  • Meetings have separate stationary station and individual stationary sets are made for participants

Drinking & Dining:

  • Restaurants and bar layouts are adapted as per government guidelines on social distancing
  • No cutlery, crockery, glassware, or decoration are placed on the table before a guest arrives
  • Food is served by the hotel staff from the chaffing dishes to the guests’ plates
  • Operational kitchens are deep-cleaned daily using detergent scrubbing, steam pressure jets, and medical-grade disinfectant
