Getting There
Located just on the outskirts of Jaipur, Devi Ratn is a short 40 minute drive from the Jaipur Airport . If you are driving down from Delhi, Devi Ratn is about 280 kms Or 3hrs 30mins via NE4.
Summit Timings
The summit starts on Wednesday, 27th Sept 2023 at 4:00pm and all delegates are requested to reach the venue between 12 noon – 3:00 pm.
The conference finishes on Friday, 29 Sept 2023 at 2:00 pm.
Accommodation Details
Accommodation bookings for all delegates at the Summit are from 27–29 Sept for 3 nights and is handled by iMedia. For smooth operations and logistical planning, you are requested to share your arrival and departure details in advance.
Check-in - Starts on 3:00 pm onwards Wednesday, 27 Sept 2023
Checkout - Starts on 29 Sept 2023 post lunch. The last checkout will be 11:00 am Saturday, 30 Sept 2023

All delegates are required to make their own flight bookings to and from Jaipur International Airport. Here are the recommended flights that will get you to the summit in time.
Please note Jaipur Airport to Summit Venue transfers via Shuttle are provided by iMedia only if you take these recommended flights. For any other flight, you will have to also manage Airport and venue transfers on your own.
