Throughout her career, she has operated as an ‘intrepreneur’ within traditional retail businesses instrumental in educating teams and driving the online path-to-purchase and digital roadmap. 

Jemima has worked across global brands including Jack Daniel's, Woodford Reserve, Chambord, Australia's Next Top Model, Paspaley Pearls, and more recently in the beauty & wellbeing industry across brands including In Essence, Oil Garden, Le Tan, Skin Republic & Australis Cosmetics.
