It’s all about digital! I love the fast-paced wonderful world of web, am passionate about the customer journey, UX led decision making, agile teams and always thinking from the customer perspective. Hands on learning and doing is what works for me in this world of use it or lose it. With over 12 years at Comvita I have seen the business grow, change and mature in the digital space and customer focus. Initially coming to the business in a Quality Assurance role I moved quickly into internal communication, social media management, customer engagement and then digital channel management. My current role encompasses management of Comvita’s e-commerce and digital marketing channels in New Zealand and Australia. With a focus on customer engagement, digital optimisation, and integrated digital campaigns.
