Bala is an Order Management and omnichannel fulfilment specialist with around 25 years of experience helping retailers translate ambitious customer propositions into practical, scalable operations. He has contributed to more than 50 Order Management implementations across over 15 countries, working with retailers in fashion, footwear, beauty, grocery, department stores, home and electronics.

Through GSOT, Bala advises retailers on the decisions behind the customer promise, including inventory visibility, order sourcing, store and warehouse fulfilment, delivery options, returns and exception management. His work often focuses on balancing speed and convenience with inventory accuracy, operational capacity, service reliability and cost.
