The conference starts on Monday 13 May 2024 at 11:30 am with the Retailers- Only Lunch and 12:00pm for the Networkers Briefing light lunch. Shortly after that, the conference will kick off at 2:15 pm with the Opening and Business Connect both compulsory for all attendees. Retailers are required to register before 11:00 am and sponsors and networkers to arrive and register before 11:30 am to arrive in time for the networkers briefing. Please ensure you arrive on time.
The conference finishes on Wednesday 15 May 2024 at 1:30 pm.
Accommodation bookings for iMedia Online Retail Summit NZ, 13-15 May 2024 are handled and paid for by Comexposium and managed through our online registration process.
When your registration is confirmed, you will have the opportunity to book your accommodation for the duration of the conference and provide your credit card details. A hotel reservation will be made for you and guaranteed with your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged; it is requested so we can pre-registration you for a fuss-free check-in experience on arrival.

If you need to cancel your pre and post-accommodation, you must do so directly with the hotel. Secure paid parking is available at St Moritz for $35 per car per day.
QT Queenstown offers secure parking at $15 parking per car per day.
There is limited free parking spots available on the street.
Qt Queenstown and St Moritz hotels are located 8.8km from the Queenstown airport (20-minute drive)
Taxis are available from NZD $30
