Justin is currently the Partnerships Manager of Airwallex, helping to grow Australia’s fastest fintech business which is valued at over $1.8 billion. His keen interest in F&B, e-commerce and startups, has also led Justin to start a number of business ventures.
Justin is the Co-founder of Pokéd, a salad bar serving Hawaiian inspired poke with the freshest local ingredients. Having opened its first store in 2016, Pokéd quickly grew to 7 stores in Melbourne and 1 in Sydney. The business was voted as the Best New Concept in the QSR Media Awards 2018.
In addition, Justin Co-founded the Bubble Tea Club, Australia’s 1st DIY Bubble Tea Kit, and has been an advisor for them since inception. The Bubble Tea Club has amassed a community of over 50,000 across social media and is on a mission to become a globally recognised brand.
