Brendan is a senior marketing and digital leader and currently serves as General Manager, Marketing – Digital Experience at Reece Group. He leads the end‑to‑end digital experience strategy across the organisation, driving the evolution of Reece’s digital ecosystem to deliver more connected, consistent and customer‑centric experiences across brands, channels and markets.

At Reece, Brendan has been instrumental in advancing the company’s digital maturity, modernising its digital and marketing technology foundations, embedding data‑led decision making, and establishing scalable operating models that better connect content, personalisation and customer orchestration to commercial outcomes.

Prior to Reece, Brendan held senior marketing leadership roles with global organisations including Philip Morris International, BMW Group, Carlton & United Breweries, and Mercedes‑Benz. His career spans retail, FMCG, automotive and global enterprise environments, where he has led large‑scale transformation initiatives within complex, highly regulated organisations.
