The conference starts on Monday 02 September at 12:15 pm with the Marketers-Only Lunch and 12:30 pm for the Networkers Briefing light lunch. Shortly after that, the conference will kick off at 2:15 pm with the Opening and Business Connect both compulsory for all attendees. Marketer's are required to register with iMedia before 11:30 am and sponsors and networkers to arrive and register before 12:00 pm to arrive in time for the Networker's briefing. Please ensure you arrive on time.
The conference finishes on Wednesday 04 September at 1:30 pm.
Accommodation bookings for all delegates at iMedia Future of Marketing Summit Australia (02 September - 04 September 2024 - 2 nights) are handled and paid for by Comexposium and managed through our online registration process. When your registration is confirmed you will have the opportunity to book your accommodation for the duration of the conference and provide your credit card details. A hotel reservation will be made for you and guaranteed with your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged but will only be used as a guarantee.
Don’t rush your morning by having to get on flights, come up a night early and wake up fresh on Day 1 in the Gold Coast. Put your feet in the pool, enjoy a buffet breakfast and arrive fresh and ready to go for the first day of iMedia.
The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort is offering you a special rate of $350, per room per night (excluding breakfast), 3-day pre and post-the-conference (subject to availability). Your hotel booking is between you and the hotel, please check their terms and conditions. The hotel will charge you directly for any additional room nights and will charge upon check-out along with room incidentals. If you need to cancel your pre and post accommodation, you must do so directly with the hotel, please note terms and conditions apply. Please note at the time of registration you will have the option to indicate if you require additional nights. If so, the reservation team will contact you directly.

Do not include the night of September 2, 2024 and September 4, 2024 in your pre or post accommodation booking. If you are trying to book both pre and post accommodation you will need to make two (2) separate bookings.

Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast is located 25 kilometres south of Coolangatta Airport (OOL) and 85 kilometres from Brisbane International Airport (BNE). It is the responsibility of each delegate to organise and arrange their own transport to and from the airport.
The above providers are listed to assist you in finding the best way to get from and to the airport. Comexposium does not accept any liabilities.
All delegates are required to make their own flight bookings to and from Gold Coast Airport. We strongly urge you to book your flights upon confirmation of your attendance.
Secure paid parking is available beneath the resort for $20 AUD per day per car. Valet parking is available for $40 AUD per day per car. The parking height limit is 1.97 metres, street parking is available for vehicles over this height.
