Tania is Head of Marketing and Communications at Craigs Investment Partners, where she leads brand, communications, digital and client engagement strategy for one of New Zealand's leading investment and wealth management firms.

With over 25 years' experience in marketing leadership, Tania has worked across some of New Zealand's most recognised brands, including Zespri, Frucor Suntory, Mars, L'Oréal and Telecom New Zealand, spanning FMCG, beverage, personal care, telecommunications, tourism and now financial services. Her career also spans governance, leading local and regional growth projects, agency ownership, and a global emergency care business, giving her a broad commercial lens beyond marketing alone.

That breadth has shaped a consistent belief: sustainable growth is built on strong foundations, not shortcuts. Tania is passionate about proving marketing's value through outcomes the business can see and measure, and about building brands that earn trust through clarity and consistency over time; all the while having some fun along the way.
