With over 22 years of experience across New Zealand and Australia, Elle is an award-winning marketing and advertising professional known for her strategic insight, creative leadership, and passion for building brands that deliver measurable impact. Her career spans both agency and client-side leadership, having led transformative campaigns for brands such as One New Zealand, ASB, Les Mills, Mazda, Lion Nathan, Rebel Sport, and Amart All Sport Australia.
Outside of her advertising and marketing career, Elle co-founded and grew a physiotherapy clinic while working full-time and raising two young boys, before successfully selling the business in 2023. She brings that same entrepreneurial spirit, positivity, and passion for mentoring to every team and project she leads.
