Aidan Bartlett

Aidan Bartlett is the CEO of Designer Wardrobe, New Zealand’s leading fashion resale marketplace. With a background that blends creative roots and commercial grit, Aidan brings a product-led approach to building platforms that scale with purpose and clarity.

Before joining Designer Wardrobe, Aidan co-founded the jewellery label Eyes of Common, giving him a front-row seat to the evolving retail landscape and the rise of secondhand commerce. His leadership is grounded in hands-on experience growing a startup into a national brand with hundreds of thousands of members - with one in ten women in New Zealand now part of the community.

Aidan is also leading the integration of AI across the platform, with a focus on dispute resolution, seller onboarding, and embedding-based product search to enhance trust, discovery, and scale.
