As the co-founder and Managing Director of Vivo Hair & Skin Clinics, he has turned that philosophy into a nationwide success story, overseeing more than 80 locations and a dedicated team of 500 professionals.

James didnÕt take a traditional path to the beauty industry. Drawing on experience in major NZ retail and healthcare, he brought a fresh, analytical perspective to the salon world.
