A commercially driven leader with over a decade of experience in digital and e‑commerce, she specialises in using customer insight to unlock growth, shape strategy, and drive meaningful transformation.
At Ballantynes, Luzaan leads the evolution of the brand’s marketing and e‑commerce ecosystem, redefining how the business connects with customers across channels. During her time at Ballantynes, she spearheaded a significant transformation, implementing Salesforce Commerce, Marketing, and Service Cloud to create a more connected and insight-led customer experience, and redefine how the business approaches customer value and retention.
Before joining Ballantynes, Luzaan spent eight years in the United Kingdom, including five years with Sainsbury’s Group, primarily at Argos, a multi‑billion‑pound retailer. Working within a large-scale retail environment, she focused on translating customer behaviour into action, optimising digital journeys, enhancing engagement, and delivering measurable commercial impact.
Luzaan is passionate about bridging data and action, and is a strong advocate for customer-led thinking, test-and-learn cultures, and using insight to drive long-term business value.
