Will Glover

Will Glover is the Head of Commercial for Uber Direct across Australia and New Zealand, leading the acquisition, growth, and partnerships functions. Over the past two years, Will has played a key role in shaping Uber Direct’s delivery-as-a-service offering, working closely with merchants and technology partners to embed fast, reliable delivery into the customer experience. With a deep understanding of the evolving retail and logistics landscape, Will brings a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to solving last-mile challenges at scale.

Before joining Uber, Will was the APAC Head of Partnerships at Lightspeed Commerce and Kounta. Earlier in his career, Will spent over a decade in the specialty coffee industry, leading the growth and expansion of well-known retail and wholesale roasters, including Dukes, Will & Co, and Veneziano.
