My career spans more than 20 years of marketing and data roles in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Including senior positions in banks, finance companies and advertising agencies, giving me a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
As a member of ANZ New Zealand’s Leadership team I hold two key areas of responsibility.
As GM of Data, I am responsible for ensuring ANZ effectively leverages data and analytics to create real competitive advantage. This is an end-to-end role including establishing strategic priorities, building our data infrastructure, and developing the human, financial, technical, operational, cultural and governance capabilities needed to achieve our data ambition.
As GM of Marketing, I am responsible for the continued growth and development of New Zealand’s leading financial services brand. Leading all brand and marketing initiatives across ANZ’s NZ business, including retail, business, corporate, agri and institutional banking, as well as ANZ’s sponsorship activities.
