Aarron Spinley is a Fellow at the Field Bell Institute – a higher education provider of MBA level curriculum in customer management and technology.

A trained marketer, his 30-year career also spans strategy, technology, risk management, and post-merger integration, but he is best known for his work in customer science - increasingly the domain of the CMO and their teams.

Having been published in or featured by the likes of Forbes and ZDNet internationally, and by CMO, CX Focus, Mumbrella, and Mi3 locally, he is the author of the Institute’s core text, distributed globally by Taylor and Francis – the world’s largest academic publishing house.
