As Head of Retail at T2 Tea, Kira has been instrumental in designing and implementing a unified commerce experience across the retail network with a customer-first mindset. Through the delivery of key software upgrades, T2 stores are now capable of continuing to meet and improve on existing high in-store customer experience expectations while providing new services using enhanced cross-channel shopping functionalities.
