Mitch is the Product Owner for the Engagement value stream at Trade Me. The Engagement team is primarily interested in building and maintaining platforms to enable timely and relevant communications with end users across marketing, advertising and paid search use cases.

With his original career start in programmatic advertising, he understands how key data signals can be powerful tools to drive user journeys and customer experiences. He has a keen focus on using this data to support customers both internally and externally to drive key outcomes for the business and Trade Me users.
