Rebecca Stenhouse

Rebecca is senior leader with a breadth of experience in both functional and P&L management across a range of industries and geographies, with a focus on business transformation and turnaround.  Rebecca started her career as a corporate lawyer working both in private practice and in-house across Australia, UK and Singapore, and while at Toll Group transitioned into leadership roles in continuous improvement & customer experience.  Rebecca continued her career at Coles Group, where she led the turnaround of the Coles Services business, significantly lifting business performance as well as engagement and safety outcomes for 7500 employees.  Most recently, Rebecca was responsible for the establishment and growth of the B2B business for Coles Liquor.  Rebecca is passionate about the B2B sector and is excited about the growing significance of the B2B ecommerce industry and the digital transformation opportunities in this space.
