Steve’s path to data and marketing effectiveness was through a highly successful career in advertising & media agencies in both Australia & the UK over 25 years. This culminated in his highly successful tenure as Managing Director of OMD Melbourne, where his Data, Digital & Content transformation of this traditional media agency trebled revenue & profit over 7 years. He then tied a lot of the threads of marketing effectiveness together as COO & Acting CEO of ADMA, Australia’s primary Marketing Association.
Steve then launched the bespoke media consultancy Media Operations Transparency (MOT) to “help brands take more control of their media.” In doing so, they helped brands take more control of their data. This led him to global leaders in MMM Modelling Analytic Edge who hired Steve to launch their Australian office in 2021. Analytic Edge is enjoying dynamic growth in Australia working with a diverse range of brands including Kenvue, Kimberley-Clark, Snooze, SBS, Adore Beauty and many others.
